Tui Na is pronounced ‘twee-nah’. Tui Na is a form of acupressure that uses many different strokes that are applied to acupressure points, channels and muscle groups. It is believed that the strokes and techniques stimulate an exchange of Qi between the practitioner and the patient. Tui Na is a form of Chinese manipulative massage therapy that is often used in conjunction with acupuncture, moxibustion, Chinese herbalism and Qigong.
